7 Easy Ways to Fix Netflix Error Code UI-800-3

You are enjoying your favorite movies, shows, or videos on Netflix. Suddenly, you see something, which is a random combination of numbers and letters instead of video streaming. These letters and numbers are error codes. Like other streaming services, Netflix has numerous error codes that come up on device screens due to several technical/network issues. Some of the common Netflix error codes are NW-2-5 and UI-800-3. When you talk about Netflix error code UI-800-3, you can see it with other numbers starting with this code itself. For examples:

Sign Out and In 

Step 1: Go to the Home screen of Netflix on your device (TV, PC, smartphone, or game console).

Step 2: Open the menu, which is on the left.

Restart your home network device 

Step 1: Go close to your WiFi router or internet device. 

Step 2: Turn the router off by pressing its Power button. After that, unplug it from the power outlet. 

Step 3: Wait for around one minute and plug in the router. After that, turn it on. 

Restart your device 

Step 1: Turn off your TV, PC, or smartphone by following device specific steps. For example, you can turn off your Windows PC by going to the Start button, touching the Power option, and clicking on Restart. 

Step 2: Wait for a while. 

Step 3: Turn your device on. 

Step 4: And try Netflix.  

Clear Cache and history 

Step 1: Go to the device on which you are watching Netflix videos/movies.

Step 2: Follow your device-specific steps to clear Cache and stored data. For example, go to the three-dot menu > History > Delete History > Time (All Time, Last 24 hours, etc) > Clear Now to clear the cache on your Windows PC. 

Check the DNS settings of your streaming device

Check your streaming device DNS settings if you are watching Netflix videos on gaming consoles like Xbox 360, PS4, and Xbox One.
